Laura was born in 1994 in Madrid and grew up in Valdepeñas a municipality in the province of Ciudad Real, Spain. She began her art education in Miami, Florida where her dad had moved in 2005. She attended Miami Arts Charter School and earned her B.F.A. from New World School of the Arts in 2020. Laura had her first solo show, curated by Gala Kavachnina, at Kavachnina Contemporary Gallery in Miami in 2013.

She lives and works in Miami since then. From 2013 she has exhibited in group shows. She now works mainly with watercolor and ink on paper. The sources she uses for her imagery are diverse as personal photos and personal memorabilia. The majority of her work is about the creation of a formal image that is predominantly female or including a dialogue with another figure. A language that combines mind and body into sexually stimulating objects that are distinguished. Themes central to Laura' work include sexuality, innocence, power, self-consciousness and voyeurism.
